1. Acceptance of Terms

Bets placed on markets that are subsequently voided (due to match abandonment, event cancellation, or data error) will be refunded to the user's account balance at the original stake. In-play bets confirmed before a void event is declared are settled at the declared odds at the time of confirmation.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or theft.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage in any card game, tournament, or betting market.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, inside information trading, or sports betting fraud.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bss999 staff, support agents, or other users in any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the bss999 platform or its content.

bss999 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in Bangladesh and internationally where required. Any activity suspected to constitute a criminal offence will be reported to the relevant authorities and the account funds may be held pending investigation.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

bss999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, including where the user has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, where the account is linked to fraudulent activity, or where continued operation of the account presents a compliance or security risk to the platform or other users.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your bss999 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, bss999 will process any remaining withdrawable balance to your verified payment method before closing the account. Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited at the time of closure.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Users who feel that their gambling is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion from bss999. Self-exclusion options range from a minimum 24-hour cooling-off period to permanent account closure.
